ABOUT SINNENGREEN

SinnenGreen & Associates, Inc. was founded by W.J. Southward and Robert P. Johnson under the name W.J. Southward & Associates in 1976, with four appraisers and two support staff employees.

In 1987 the company was purchased by partners Matthew D. Sinnen and Darrell C. Green under the name SinnenGreen & Associates. From 1992 to 2008 SinnenGreen & Associates opened offices from Charleston, South Carolina, all the way up to Northern Virginia to provide the highest quality appraisals up and down the East Coast.

In 2014, SinnenGreen & Associates started their commercial appraisal division under new partner and MAI, James Burok. Today, Sinnen-Green & Associates has 11 offices (Virginia, North Carolina, & Texas ) and serves numerous clients such as mortgage lenders, bankers, realtors, attorneys, and homeowners. We also love to give back to the community and sit on several boards for state and local appraisers, lenders, and realtors’ associations.
