In 2010, SinnenGreen & Associates extended their services to include a new commercial division. Headed by partner and MAI, James Burok, our commercial division specializes in a wide variety of commercial valuation assignments. 

James Burok earned a degree in Business Finance from Old Dominion University, where he also excelled on the baseball team as a pitcher and was an
Academic All-American for four years in a row. James was drafted in the Major League Baseball amateur draft by the Colorado Rockies and played in their organization for two seasons. Following his playing career, James earned his Certified General appraising license in 2010 and his MAI from the Appraisal Institute in 2014.
